February 2015

I'll start with the biggest news we received this month.

Baby #3 is coming in October!!!

We're so excited and can't wait to meet our new angel.

When we told the boys that mommy had a baby in her tummy, Porter gasped and said, "Can I see it?" and reached to lift my shirt up.

Max has been pointing to my stomach saying, "baby" constantly.

They're both going to be amazing brothers.

Speaking of brothers...these two are the best. I love that they're getting old enough to play with each other and bond. Max always wants to do what Porter's doing, and Port is such a sweet and protective brother.

This was on our way out of Disneyland. One of us had a great time!

Max update:

He has so much energy!

When he knows that he's doing something wrong, he'll look at me and say, "no, go!"

He's starting to put words together. When he hands me something he'll say "here-go" for "here you go"

I don't know why, but it makes him seem so grown up to me.

When we read books, he points to every pictures and says "whas dat?"

He's been very attached to Amber lately. She doesn't care for him much, but she is starting to stick around him a lot more than she normal does. Maybe he's growing on her.

Porter update:

Not sure what started this, but he decided he's afraid of monsters. Pinterest gave me a bright idea of making "monster spray" (It's my old perfume). We spray one time before bed and it keeps the monsters away. It seems to be working so far.

He's got a new hobby of falling asleep in random places, and at random times.

This was immediately after a bath.

And this was at Grandma and Grandpa's house.
They said they tucked him into bed, and didn't realize he snuck down, until they were going up to bed themselves.

He's an all- American boy, and lives in our back yard.
He likes to go down our hill and look for animals.

Scott and I had a great opportunity to be Youth Conference parents. For 3 days we were able to house some youth in our church and do service projects, listen to uplifting speakers, and bond with the kids. I'm amazed at how willing these teenagers are to serve.

In this picture, they spent hours doing yard work, washing cars, walking dogs, sweeping drive ways, and handing out Book of Mormons to our neighbors.
I'm so proud of them!

I had the opportunity to have a girls weekend in Vegas with 2 of my oldest friends!

Ka'anela and Becki were so fun!

We went to a Britney Spears concert (this may or may not have been a dream of mine)
went shopping
went to the pool
got massages
and ate at a buffet.
My favorite part was chatting with them non stop.

I love these two!
