July = Boy's Birthday!

Their party this year was so fun because they're both at an age where they look forward to it for a long time.

Keep a look out for a Rhino cake picture. Max had been telling me for the last 6 months or so, that he wants a Rhino cake for his birthday. Who knows where he came up with that?

Porter wanted a dinosaur theme.

Well...they both got what they wanted for the big 5 and 3!

Wizards party house was a perfect venue. The kids had a blast, we had the entire place to ourselves, and I didn't have to cook or clean for it!

The next big event was 4th of July!

We spent the afternoon at a BBQ at the Thompsons...

Then we hit up our favorite rooftop in downtown Riverside to see the fireworks.

We spent the next day (Porter's actual Birthday) at Susie's house on the beach. The kids loved playing in the water, and I loved chatting with friends.

Porter started karate (he calls it ninja class) this month and it's THE cutest thing I've ever seen.

He takes it very seriously, and he's actually really good at it!

My baby is 9 months!

This month she learned to clap

She gets on all 4's ready to crawl, then she scoots backwards 

she's starting to get into things, and make messes

Her favorite food is peas and black beans

She's teething really bad. We've had a lot of sleepless nights from it, but no new teeth.
